Minimum partnership capital is £100,000. Investment structure is agreed on a deal-by-deal basis and will be outlined in full when an opportunity is presented. There is no commitment until a deal is in front of you.

What we can say is this: the businesses we acquire generate strong, recurring cash flows from established contracts and customers. As a partner, you receive distributions from those profits on an agreed schedule. Returns come from the income these businesses produce year after year, not from a future sale event. Specific terms are agreed on a deal-by-deal basis and presented in full when an opportunity is live.
Partners receive regular distributions from business profits. The frequency and structure are agreed at the time of each acquisition and depend on the nature of the business and the preferences of participating partners. Think of it like owning a commercial rental property: you receive income from the asset while continuing to own it.
The founding partner opportunity is the most valuable position in any long-term investment vehicle. Those who register early participate in the first deal structure, when terms are most favourable and the relationship is built directly with the founding team. We are transparent that we are in the pipeline-building phase. That is precisely why registering now matters.
Springbok acquires businesses to own them for the long term. This is not a fund that exits in 3–5 years. You should view participation as a long-term partnership where you receive ongoing income from the businesses you co-own. That said, deal-specific arrangements are discussed at the time of each acquisition and can be structured to suit the preferences of participating partners.
